Whether you are healthy or suffering from physical stress, Hair Loss is something which is very common and affects millions at any given time. While, medicines or therapy might take their own time, you can easily rely on the home remedies for hair loss, which are effective and long lasting.

Here they are:

Tip 1: Onion juice ~ Grate The Onion To Grow Your Hair

Onion is rich in Sulphur, a key nutrient which helps in hair growth. In addition, the antibacterial properties in onion juice facilitates the opening of pores of hair follicles. It not just helps in killing parasites and germs, but also prevent scalp infections. So, applying onion juice on scalp easily stimulates hair growth and prevents any damage.

All you have to do is - Blend one onion, extract the juice from it, apply onto the scalp, leave it for 20 minutes, and rinse it with shampoo. You can also add honey in the juice.

Tip 2: Potato Juice ~ Just Peel It

For healthy hair, it is very crucial that your hair gets adequate amount of Vitamin. Fortunately, the best remedy which has Vitamin A, Vitamin B, and Vitamin C is always available in your home in the form of Potato. What’s more, Potato also helps in curing alopecia i.e. thinning of hair.

All you have to do is - Peel the potato, extract its juice, apply the juice on the scalp and then wash the hair after 20 minutes with shampoo.

Tip 3: Fenugreek (Methi) ~ The Great Rescue from Hair Loss

Fenugreek is the magical herb for your hair as it contains high concentration of nicotinic acid (aka Niacin or Vitamin B3) and protein. Both the nutrients are rich sources of hair growth. Niacin in particular, not just stimulates hair growth, but prevents accumulation of cholesterol on scalp and also avert balding. Moreover, the lecithin in methi seeds hydrates the hair, making it healthy and strong. It also cures dandruff, and acts as a natural hair conditioner by bringing back the gloss and bounce of the hair.

All you have to do is - Just soak some fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Next morning, grind them into a paste, apply the paste, massage your head, leave it for 20 minutes. Then, rinse off with a shampoo. Alternatively, you can also make a hair mask of methi by mixing the methi seeds with coconut oil and then making a paste out of it. However, you’ll have to keep the mask for an hour to get good results.

Tip 4: Beetroot ~The Ideal Root for your Hair Root

Beetroot contains Protein, Calcium, Vitamin B, C, Phosphorous, and Carbohydrates. Carotenoids in beet juice, not just improve the quality and thickness of hair, but also its luster. These nutrients stimulates blood circulation which further nourishes hair follicles and produces good quality hair.

All you have to do is - Either drink fresh beet juice or mix beet juice with ginger juice and massage your scalp for 20 minutes and rinse it with shampoo. Alternatively, you can also boil some beetroot leaves, grind it with henna, and then apply the paste on your scalp for 20 minutes.

Tip 5: Hibiscus ~ The Flower of Hair Care

Hibiscus has petals with chemical composition of calcium, Riboflavin, Phosphorus and Vitamin C. Also, its leaves consists of carotene which nourishes the hair and prevents it from premature greying. Calcium and Vitamin C in hibiscus helps in strengthening hair root.

All you have to do is - Make a paste of hibiscus leaves with amla powder plus water and apply to the roots of the hair. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash it. This hair mask will prevent your hair fall permanently. You can also make a paste of hibiscus petals, with olive oil (few drops) and water. Make sure you apply the paste from the root of the hair till its tip and then wash it with lukewarm water after 20 minutes.

Tip 6 Egg Yolk and Coffee ~ For Your Chemically Treated Hair…

Egg contains all essential Minerals, Proteins and Vitamins. At the same time, coffee is loaded with disease fighting antioxidants.The fatty acids in yolk improves the skin on scalp while the fatty protein in yolk prevents hair from breaking. Coffee, on the other hand blocks the negative effects of a chemical known as DHT which damages hair follicles. (Perfect for all those people who have exposed their hair to chemical treatment)

All you have to do is - Mix 1/4 cup of coffee in 1 egg yolk. Apply the mask from hair roots to the tip, massage the scalp and wrap your hair with a shower cap for 20 minutes. Then, make sure you wash the mask with lukewarm water.

Tip 7: Hair oil with Vitamin E Gel Caps

Vitamin E helps in reducing inflammation, and repairing damages, to provide healthy follicle so that it faciliates hair growth.

All you have to do is - Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and dry it because Vitamin E penetrates best on clean scalp. Next, mix three oil – coconut oil, almond oil and olive oil. Squeeze two vitamin E capsules into the oil. Massage the mix onto your scalp and leave it overnight.

Tip 8: Few Almonds a day, Keep Your Hair Loss Away

High in Magnesium, and loaded with nutrients and vitamins, almond is the most powerful nut. Magnesium, which is the most essential nutrient for growing healthy strands, is present in abundance in almonds.

All you have to do is - Soak 12 to 15 almonds (preferably Mamra Almonds) overnight. Next morning, peel the skin off and eat them before your first cuppa. Follow this for 2-3 months and you are sure to a cure falling or thinning hair.

Tip 9: Divya Kesh Tail ~ Babaji Ka Thullu nahi, Taila!

With active ingredients like Brahmi, Amala, Bhringa-raja, Shweta Chandana, Kamala (lotus), Daru-haridra, Ananta-mula, Jata-mamsi, Ketaki, Nilini (indigo) Gunja (white variety), Ratan-jot, Lodhra, Priyangu, Naga-kesara, sesame oil, and Mushta (Nagar-motha), Ramdev Baba’s Divya Kesh Tail, not just helps in untimely hair fall but also prevent premature greying of hair and cures alopecia – thinning of hair.
