It's the new trend to cut down the cost at the cost of customer's comfort. The trend is everywhere through out the country. Cab Aggregator is also silent on this issue. Watchdog is also perhaps sleeping well. No sigh of relief from such indisciplined mindset. more

Ola, iber and/ or other radio taxis, should be clearly instructed not to calcel any trip allotted to them. These Companies to provide their contact nos. To lodge complaint,if drivers cancel the trip.all calls and communication to be linked to RTO. If any refusal of driver or cancellation of trip allotted them, RTO to cancel the licences of driver for six months and the vehicle to be impounded for six months. Safety of passangers with the RADIO taxi Company as well with driver. Incase of any untoward reported, stringent action on Company and five years term for driver/a to be delivered, without investigation and based on facts footage on CCTV. more
