apart from the improper maintenance of vehicle the more crtical factor is their customer service which is pathetic.ola never addresses your mail request on a timely basis especially when it happens to be double payment to the driver and they keep sending you the demand to settle the ola post paid account.their customer service nos are addressed by recorded messages and thereafter no service person comes on the line.
many times their drivers do not accept ola money payment system,cancel the rides and re-book on cash payment basis.
the top management is behind a smoke screen and you never have access to their senior managers.from a corporate governance point of view,a very prime example of poor corporate governance..even in their EV vertical..so poor technically.... more  

Why Ola, most of the service providers are like this. Jio Fibre is a typical example. Once by mistake I have recharged 2 times of Rs 4500 each, but they never returned. Similarly I have recharged for Rs 1700 for upgradation, but that has not been adjusted so far even after lapse of 6 months. In India we do not have any machinery, which can take action against such unscrupulous and Filthy Rich Agencies. more  
Yes, hurrah for Uber! They are much cheaper and drivers are more polite. Keep it up Uber. more  
Yes, this is the new trend one commuter is facing now a days. Once booked, driver clearly asked for cash otherwise cancel the bookings citing useless reason. Cab operation is also reluctant now a days to take action against such defaulters. It's really pathetic. more
