High Food price in Inox and PVR

Is there a good reason why outside food are not allowed in PVR's and Inox. The food inside these places 3 times more than the outside market price. Why there is no control on pricing? more

We do have control mechanism on everything remaining caged in files as under the table transactions are much powerful to over rule anything related to public interest. The option left is to become together and boycott consumption of over priced eatables at multiplexes/inoxes realising that there is no need to eat during a show for a couple of hours. It will take not more than a couple of months that these people start to behave and take care of the interests of the consumers/viewers. more
NO public Reaction Dr.P.RamaRao Visakha Consumers` Council more
MAking money rather easy money is a dangerous cancer in society? People believing in this theory give justification like those who can pay should be targeted why not. What the fact is you are responsible for your own deeds and it is sin to take money for which you have not worked. Serving food in inbox/cabin should be higher priced as much cost labour of serving. Banning food from outside is crime and if some administrative rule prohibits customer should avoid going there. Unless ustomer come forward society cannot be kept clean more
I fully agree prices are to be controlled in Multiplexes. Consumer rights activists should take up this issue seriously. Simple family outings like watching a movie/drama is becoming totally expensive affair because of high cost of tickets and exorbitant cost of food stuff available in the theatre as outside food is not allowed. I want to know if we can approach consumer courts on this issue. pls guide. more
People can afford it ,so they are pricing it high. Main culprots are the IT and Call center crowd. So students are also taxing parents accordingly. There is a definite need to regulate prices - of cinema tickets as well as food served in these halls. Why cannot it be standardized? more
