High Airtel billing for broad ands.

My son who was using an Airtel broadband for many years also confirmed this,that when he switched from Airtel to Tata Docomo his monthly bill drastically reduced from around RS.2,000/ to RS 500/ p.m. For the same usage.around R more

As it is, almost everyone complains about Airtel broadband services. There should be a mass exodus from Airtel to some other service provider though none of them provides satisfactory services including BSNL. I have a broadband connection from GTPL and they are comparatively far better providing broadband @ 1 mbps speed @Rs.2500 for three months at Ahmedabad. You may find some local service providers. Atleast they are more responsive as they want business for their survival. TATADOCOMO prepaid is also a better and cheaper option. I have one and according to my usage of five hours surfing 5 days a week, I am able to manage within 500 rs. more  
I am also a consumer of airtel and I feel using internet is making a big hole in my pocket .I was looking for an alternative thanks for the advise more  
Govt has no control on VODAFONE, AIRTEL,IDEA MTS, only DOcomo is quite reasonable. I am still facing Problem from Vodafone, They overbill in POSTPAID and Cheat in PREPAID as they do not Provide connectivity and speed and so on. I shall be moving to DOCOMO shortly.

AIRTEL HAS HUGE BILLING PROBLEM. YOU NEED TO WASTE LOT OF TIME IN CONNECTING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LODGE COMPLAINTS, WHICH NEED FURTHER EFFORTS TO CONTACT SENIORS TO GET RESOLVED. AIRTEL IS A COMPANY WHICH ROSE THROUGH ASHES, IT MUST IMPOVE ITS TRANSPARENT AND FAIR DEALING WITH THE CONSUMERS, OR THE PUBLIC HAS THE POWER TO REDUCE YOU TO THE START- ASHES. more
