Hi,
I was retrenched without any reason on 20th Oct 2015 after working for 4 years & 3months. At present, I am still trying to find a job & in a very critical situation in meeting my family regular needs / paying EMI's, etc. I have been following up with my employer for the withdrawal of my PF amount since 28th Jan 2016 & submitted all the required documents for the same. But, the employer still did not submit the forms to the PF office saying that they have a vendor & it has to go through them. When I raised my voice & asked the employer to loop me to their Vendor then I was given a mobile no. When I spoke to him, he was not fully aware about my forms & also said that my UAN card should show KYC as YES. I believe the UAN & KYC are needed only for the online activities. I have submitted the forms offline but not getting any help from the employer & making me run from pillar to post. Please suggest me on how to get my PF withdrawal money as fast as possible to meet my survival needs. more

You should download Forms 10C and Form 19 from website of PF department, fill it up and get signature of your Bank for identification purpose and submit the Forms personally to PF department. Wait for 10 days time and you should get your money. In Mumbai all Assistant Commissioners have been advised to settle the claim within 10 days. Visit PF office if possible and find out the status of your Forms. If you do not get proper response, lodge a complaint on line. There is Form for grievances and you should utilise the same.
