Hernia/Weakening of Abdominal Muscles

My Doctor has suggested that I have hernia and my abdominal muscles are weak. I haven't understood it indepth but she said it happpens post pregnancy in some cases. Solution proposed is surgery.

Anyone else been through this condition and what's the non surgical solution?? more
