Help the Government - Tax Fraud and Evasion
Dear Friends,
Tax fraud and evasion is common in India. It occurs at an individual as well business level.
Today, with this post we request you to list all the possible ways in which these practices are conducted in India.
The objective is to enable the Government to understand these and accordingly make changes to taxation system and tax fraud identification/detection so we can minimize tax evasion in the country.
A robust taxation system will reduce leakage and improve revenues for the Government which will translate to more development as a country, so do share your knowledge and experience.

1. The Taxing authority and the Tax Collection personnel ; The fraud /corruption arresting Inspectors are Govt. Representatives only . 2. The Checking , inspecting , fault-finding and reporting Qualified auditors are only from the Institution created and set by the Govt . 3. The carry and functions of the Executive is to be Reformed and set away from Politically empowered Legislators to set the administration un-corrupt . 4. The Politicians are the first sector Citizen in Political Democracy and hence , they need to legislate such responsible and strict laws for implementing corrupt free administration under the Constitution . 5. The 80 % People in deed are very well and promptly paying Taxes and are not at all in the campaign of Evasion of Tax . The Tax Evasion rested only in the ill natured Businessmen and their whole organisational Staff and this naturally extends to their friends and relatives those are striving for Educational needs etc., those kept at High rated in the Private Educational Businessmen . The maximum majority of our Indian adult population are still in Poverty and Paucity and did not reach the Taxable provision except those set under Salaried Employment . i am totally agree that There must be implemented one provision for people who have been paying continous incometax to the govt. for so many years should get refund back their tax (some amount) for there relief during their bad time or illness & no income to meet their their liabilities/livelihood.public elect govt.for their benifit & comfort but not to suck their blood. please don't behave like britishers.This present CENTER govt.make us feel of britisher's rule who suck our blood even more dictators comparitively to them.the economy of our country has totally colapsed. see the sensex's downfall.this govt. is not taking any measure to stop this downfall while in congress regime the finance minister used to take some measure.the current finance minister is dull & dumb & very cunning. he does not understand ABC of the finance ministry as Dr s.swamy openly told in his interviiew to sudersan tv channel.we indianss are in very much trouble now in bjp regime.this govt. is sucking our blood like a leech insect.we indians are in very much trouble & blaming ourself that why we voted for mr .N.modi. modi has no control on the govt.& thick minded person.he is nikamma(worthless).he has bluffed us a lot & cheated.we need his resignation immediately otherwise he will bring this country in hell/jahanum.He has spoiled /smashed this country.without any delay all scholars ,social workers,right thinkers,well wishers of the country,labour unions muss come forward to save the country & demand modis resignation. otherwise he will remain/ stick to the chair without doing any thing.now time has come to save the country from the clutches of these anti nationals.see our currency- rupee is depreciating very fast.our business is almost finished. more
