Habits with which you can stay healthy for longer:

1-Avoid over eating

2-Eat some nuts

3-Use spices turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnaman etc.

4-Eat plenty of healthy plant foods

5-Don't smoke

6-Do exercise and be physically active

7-Avoid chronic stress and anxiety

8-Develop good relationship with friends and relatives

9-Develop good sleep pattern 7-8 hrs.

10-Moderate consumption of tea and coffee

11-Being conscientious is associated with fewer health problems in old age.

Longivity is determined by genetics.

However a large part of how long u live remains under your control. more

Folks, I believe Pritamji has given a general outline. Every human body would react according to the its metabolism. So, listen to the messages your body sends out from time to time.........and that would be the perfect pattern for you....!!! more

Despite following all these type of very good lifestyle practices, one may fall sick for various reasons, including aging. During the yore golden-olden civilization also people used to fall sick.... Hence treatment systems like Ayurveda, etc. had to be developed. Herein lies the difference between 'lifestyle' and treatment.... Though we broom & clean our house daily/ routinely, a special cleaning is done during festival periods like Diwali, New year, etc. Similarly, a 'special cleaning' may be necessary at certain point of time... Feeling of dis-ease/ discomfort at physical, psychological and mental processes may, therefore, be considered as symptoms/ indicators and one may opt undertake this 'special cleaning'. As far as my analysis/ study goes, out of more than 250 odd treatment systems/ methods, the real & pure Nature Cure Treatment System is the best one for this.... Get indoor treatment, which includes fasting on water, juice diet, fruits & salad diet and then reaching 'normal diet'. more
