Gurugram loss can be Noida’s opportunity
The new bill passed in Haryana today provides 75% reservation for locals in private sector jobs with salary below Rs 50000 a month. This will have a major impact on major MNC hubs like Gurgaon.
This could force corporates to move to Noida. Law and order has improved, rentals are cheaper and public amenities are better..Upcoming Jewar airport will be another attraction.
Yogi ji should incentivise companies who want to move to Noida from Gurgaon.

75% Reservation for the domiciled residents in all the Pvt. sector companies in Haryana is ridiculous. How can BJP led Govt. in Haryana force the Pvt. sector organizations to admit 75% locals when their principle/aim to provide more liberty to the Pvt. sector? Pvt. companies can not be forced to adopt such policy as they are independent by nature and put their own money to establish and have every rights to prosper and earn by its own methodology, dedication and hard work with the best qualified and skilled persons.
Instead, better to make a uniform policy/rule to reserve the state Govt. jobs in all the states through out the country, i.e. 75% for the locals (domiciled) and 25% open for rest of the people of all other states. Regarding being conversant in the local language, candidates from other states should be allowed to learn within one year after selection and upon joining the job. This will benefit the country for the national integration and eliminate the interstate fillings. more
'Law and order has improved' :D :D :D In Noida? Really? When did that happen? more
That happened just after this bill was passed :) you are posting it anonymously, this is the proof :) more
A very repulsive move of Haryana Govt. that could become a deterrent for MNCs and even big private companies to come to the state or even India. more
Not so good move. Hopefully other states don’t follow this route otherwise MNCs will move to other Asian countries. more
