GST should be applicable only when builder pay commssion to real estate consultants.

Gst should be only applicable to Real estate consultant only when the builders pay commssion to associate. It is big problem for real estate consultants to submit bill and pay gst in advance without getting Singel penny from the builders. It takes years to get payment from the builder. more

If the bill is not paid within 180 days the builder can not take itc credit if builder collects gst 12% from flat sale . You raise proforma bill and gst bill will be raised at the time of payment more  
What is the ACCOUNTABILITY of the so-called REAL ETATE CONSULTANT? Could you kindly list out these? Is the R.E.C. responsible if the builder delays the delivery of the homes? Every Real Estate so-called consultant gets brokerage from the Buyer already,,,, actually for doing JUST NOTHING. more  
you pay him only you r deal is over, and you are satisfied that the flat has been registered/ possession taken. they also get commission from the builder......and in many cases there are chains of brokers who call themselves as consultants more  
gst IS LEVIABLE WHENTHE SERVICES ARE RENDERED, AND THE BILL IS RAISED....WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE MONEY IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM.HOWVER IF YOU DO NOT GET TH EMONEY IS 6 MONTHS EVEN THE BUILDER CANNOT GET THE INPUT CREDIT. more
