GST return

GST return should be simple instead of asking similar data repeatedly. First we are giving data invoice wise & again HSN code wise. Only one form should be there to give all the data and thereafter system can categorize it. more

The data is collected only in aggregate. It is a small step by Dealer but would help the Government to take appropriate policy initiatives. We are now very comfortable with Mobiles, now use ATMS,book online. So GST too over a period. Only initial hicups.. more
I fully agree with this point as giving same details in two ways once Invoice wise and then HSN wise here it should be remembered that there are one or more tax percentages in same HSN code items thus it makes the work more cumbersome, even the software providers are not yet ready with all the reports, from this type of GST launching as if it is a launch of a high profile movie what the govt wants to prove, they are telling us to keep patience but why they don’t have any patience charging penalties for late filings and black mailing public of harsh punishments, keeping problems on their side and blaming the common man. more
Returns very cumbersome procedure. It should be simplify. GSTR 2 is unnecessary. It is not easy to match every entry. more
RETURN FORMS DISPLAYED DURING AWARENESS CAMPS SOUGHT ONLY INVOICE UPLOADING. WHEN BEING IMPLEMENTED IT IS CUMBERSOME AS IT SEEKS TO FILL TOO MANY TABLES. IT WILL BE IDEAL IF DEALERS CHARGE PRESCRIBED SINGLE GST AND GOVT DIVIDE BETWEEN STATES AND CENTER.THIS CAN BE DONE AS GOVT HAS LOT OF AGENCIES AND REQUISITE TECHNOLOGY. more
