I plan to start online music classes that will be delivered by prerecorded videos. My turnover will be below the limit of 20 lacs/annum. Do i need to register for GST. Appreciate your input on this. Regards. more

My thought, which many will decry, is to report any income and pay taxes, even if the income is under any line. We all know our taxes are needed to provide services. more
To decide, we need to your state where gst registration will be takes as threshold limit differs for certain states more
For online business there is no minimum limit for GST Registration so you have to get yourself registered under GST Act 2017 irrespective of your turnover. For further query please contact at 9899390850 or adv.sanjeevgoel@gmail.com more
Better y ou contact a qualified Auditor who has indepth knowledge of GST . . I believe, your venture may not attracct gst. But if you pool your revenue in one account you must declare in your income tax returns and could be taxable. more
as per me NO more
