An earnest appeal cum sincere suggestion: Will the Admn. think of having an-built device in its system (for communication), a suitable one, thereby help and save all, from the painstaking attempt at being obliged to waste time in, and energy on, participating, repeatedly on any such point of doubt being raised again and again, without the querist trying to search for and finding out the related in-put /feedback material available already in plenty, in public domain! For an appreciation of the suggestion in the right perspective, may look up the reply Link given - https://www.facebook.com/swaminathanv3/posts/1508366222572992?pnref=story more
Actual is 18%. If we are buying flat then on land 6% GST will be reduced so effective rate is 12%. Since builders are getting input tax credit on purchase of material they are supposed to pass on benefit to customers then the charge to us will come down to 3 to 4%. Where as builders are pocketing input tax crediting & charging us. Govt dhould wake up & fix effective rate after calculating the actual input tax credit taken bu builders. In that case we will get approx saving of 8%. GST is applicable on the money paid thru Chq. more
