GST fake ITC fraud

All members should see attached how this fraudster anupam singal conducted a fraud of over 7000 crores using fake invoices and claiming false ITC.

And because of such leeches genuines businesses dont get refunds more

Such cases must be treated on fast track and settled with in 3 months with severe punishment. more  
AND STILL THE AUTHORITIES awaited to reach the fraud to the tune of Crors and Crors of rupees fo such a long time. With congratulations to GST Intelligence, solict to know what action initiated (If any) against the Persons who are officiating during the time when this crime was taking place fo such long time. Most probably all/most of them either involved &/or intentionally and deliberately neglacted so to protect the vasted interess. Factually hey are also equally responsible and accountable - must be brought before the Court of Law. more  
A letter written by a governmental office on the 19th of July is openly published on the 22nds/23rd of July, 2019. Do such things generally happen in our country ? Important letters such as this one see the light of the day after a few years.....Are our authorities becoming sooooo apparent and transparent already? We are only 50 days into the next government..... If this continues, it only bodes well for the country and its people....... more
