I think i have seen this issue raised in the localcircles.
Why dont officials of legal metrology take actions against this first cry company or even myntra jabong and many others.

No gainsaying that the fancy slogan lately mooted as a novel POLICY and unwittingly proferred that - 'less government, More GOVERNANCE' has been no less responsible for the scewnaario commonly witnessed in among othgers, the GST Regime. Undoubtedy , as stands to be gathered from the largely obtaining field reality, the SLOGAN happens to have been misconstrued , uninteded though, especially by 'vested interests'(including the concerned authorties', to mean hence to be merrily gone ahead with on the premise of 'no governance' to bother. or fear. On the GST law, and its administration and enforcement, the thoughts shared - for the rest of impacted fellow citizens to deliberate and form an independent opinion , to begin with, before proceeding to individually , better collectively, react or ACT, - through the social media may be, if so care and mind, found to bear out some useful clues/hints . courtesy more

the legal metrology dept as i was told that it initiates action on the basis of simple complaint but in this case an evidence is produced. You can file a complaint with the local authority where the product is delivered. more

ANY GOVT DEPTT WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AS LONG AS THERE IS NO COMPLAINT.THE COMPLAINT ALONG WITH RELEVANT EVIDENCE HAS TO BE LODGED WITH THE CONCERNED DEPTT TO HOPE FOR ANY ACTION.OTHERWISE TO FILE PIL. more
