Great Initiative to connect with Public

I am new to the local circles and came after learning about the Swachh Bharat Bangalore circle that my father is a part of.

It is great initiative on part of Modi Government to begin such engagement with public at large. EPFO has been one area of concern for many of us. Its not uncommon for people to face difficulties withdrawing PF. If EPF officers and other junior employees all over the country participate, it can become citizen oriented service.

What other departments are currently having such community engagement type models? I will study local circles more. Do any other countries have such model for public engagement. more
