After reading this so-called Ayush Covid protocol, I sit back and come to the realisation, that this protocol could be made applicable to any kind of malady that one may have. Specifically, it's not Covid-related only. One can also not help smelling Baba Ramdev in the background !!!

Formulators of such protocols need actually to leave their ministerial desks and come out to help the public in hospitals and clinics. They'll feel their academic opinions changing drastically. more
I thought that the report looks interesting. I am doing many of the things suggested therein. No harm in trying the same as prevention is better than cure. Some of the powders suggested like Triphala and Ashwagandha are age old remedies and proven too, as also sounth with sugar for colds. When I went to London a few years ago, I could not stand the wind and cold and immediately caught a chest and head cold. I had taken sounth powder mixed with sugar and consumed it three/four times a day without water. In three days I was cured. My cousin was so impressed she took away the bottle for her own use. more
