Govt has 4 yrs now to solve the major issues of Kashmir,Bangladeshi infiltrators in Assam and Bengal and border dispute with china

Multi role army(MAR)- one organisation providing multiiple solutions.. Problems--- --War with china is inevitable ,the only thing that matters is "how prepared we are" --unemployment is rapidly increasing and the opposition will exploit the issue to the fullest although they did not do anything during their time. --Growing food prices because of reduced area under cultivation will be a never ending issue. --divide and rule had been the policy of congress and all the other opposition parties,its BJPs turn to start a "unite and strengthen" policy --BJP has to increase its penetration in southern and north eastern states.. --There has to be a concrete solution for Bangladeshi Infiltration All the above mentioned problems can be solved to a significant extent by forming a multi role army(MAR). It may sound strange but if we think about it carefully,it seems to be a bold step that can change the way our country has been functioning for years. Just think out of the box.. How to make it happen--- 1)The HR ministry has to get a database of all the unemployed and unmarried youth from all the possible villages of India. 2)Recruitment in the form of one youth from one village will also give the publicity to the scheme across india and say 20000 "patriotic" youth from 20000 villages will be recruited.. 3)This is a significant figure to begin with..The recruited youth has to be mobilized to Arunachal pradesh.. 4)The task of the people recruited is to develop the area of Arunachal at par with other states of India.. The various responsibilities of the recruited people include-- --Planting fruit tree plantation to the extent of 200000 Mango trees,Jackfruit trees ,or any other fruit trees suitable in the soil of Arunachal --Bringing more area under cultivation by clearing weeds etc in the land owned by the state govt.. --Patroling the border areas and the army training of such youth can be started in phases once they reach arunachal.. --Constructing roads and railway networks.I believe the govt cannot give such contract to private individuals ,these youths can be deployed for such tasks. --start constructing houses near the border areas.. --If possible instead of keeping the youth idle,they can be given the task of farming because they are from village areas,its easy for them. With this they can produce the foodgrains required and additional burden on govt can be prevented.. Implications --As these people will be armed,and can be used as reserve anytime our strength at the border area will increase.. --As these people will not be directly in the army,their salary can be kept as 10000 per month and many people from villages will be happy to work for such a salary --As these people represent different villages from across india,they can be brain stormed and filled with Nationalist attitude so that they realize how important it is to remain patriotic. --As this figure of 20000 is huge ,it can be added to govt's agenda of employment --As the development in Aruncachal progresses,BJP can take the responsibility of developing a untouched land.. --It may however be ensured that there is no descrimination on the basis of caste and geography and the feeling of patriotism should be dominant.. --These people can go back to their villages and tell the locals that the past UPA govt has done nothing for the defence of country and Modiji is really doing a good job --These people can also be mobilised to assam to get rid of the infiltrators. --This will definately add some burden to the national tresury but when we can help the people of Kashmir who do not recognise themselves as Indians ,we should not have any problem in helping the unemployed youth of India doing patriotic work. --Growing food prices can be controlled by making Arunachal pradesh as the "fruit garden" for entire India..(measure in controlling the fruit prices int the long run) --This will bring the people of India closer and the youth will understand the effects of staying united. --This way BJP will gain an opening in North east which can be capitalised later. more

No past GOvt ever so so serious about addressing these issues...Just overlooked them anticipating nationwide agression supporting Kashmiri people and Bangladeshi refugees...Its a disease that has already started to show its effects...Once the govt manages to get rid of Kashmiris and Bangladeshi's ,I am sure the people supporting them would also start fearing for their lives more  

Land is such an important issue to accommodate and feed the people of the Country whatever it may be and so , due to the increasingly becoming over population, there will be many rooted patting , benefits , supporting or ultimately threats unless the neighboring Country from the beginning cautious. Any country can take international help in cases of invasion but cannot control within . Though outsourcing help arrest of migration , scarcity of land for living needs cannot show any alternative . Therefore, there is also a need of utilizing scattered mine and Forest lands appropriating some lands of various other places for promotion of Forestry creating good environmental remedies thus made available at different places for good build up of Natural atmosphere too. CONCLUSIVELY, IT IS NEEDLESS TO ESTABLISH THAT THERE SHALL NOT BE ANY INVITEES EITHER IN THE FORM OF REFUGEES OR IN THE FORM OF INTERNATIONAL GESTURE. more
