Government is Profiteering on Diesel and Petrol

I have seen so many articles where people target companies that genuinely offer services for a price but nobody has questioned the government on the Prices for Petrol and Diesel who do we catch for this Profiteering? more

Yes, you are correct. Government is definitely doing profiteering by increasing the excise duty, when the decrease in crude oil price should be passed on to the public. Not bringing the cost of fuel price under GST is also another example. more  
At this crucial period of korona and chaina the Govt is correct.1) i think what govt is getting out of fuel is tax and not profit, therefore anti profiting act is not applicable 2)for of korona and china war emergency fund required 3) during lockdown all the production and service providing,and import is stopped, hence no GST collection.4)only the sale of fuel is on, which can be used for collection of tax. 5)if our members have any other suggestions for raising such fund, may send to FM more  
It is observed that the Central government is making money for lending small amount of money towards Corona to States.I think the profit made in a week time sales of fuels might have been allocated to the state of Tamil Nadu to combat Corona disease.So, remaining profit will be siphoned off through the name of new schemes.This is what Congress Govt had done.Present Govt also doing.People should wake-up to counter this type of menace.
