Directorate of electrical safety will inspect the elevators installed in the buildings before giving go ahead for the operations of the elevators. Act made by UP government after series of mishaps in Noida, Lucknow, Ghaziabad and other parts of the state. Super job Localcircles manager for your survey escalation and efforts!!! more

Simply giving OK for starting Lifts is FINE, but not enough. There has to be provision for ensuring that lifts operate successfully and in case of unfortunate failures the service provider has to accept all liabilities. more
