Good move by Delhi Govt

The move by Delhi Govt to provide free treatment for all victims of road accidents, fire, and acid attacks to be treated free of cost at the nearest private hospital is a forward looking pro citizen move. The government is expected to bear the expense. I hope every state in India does this.

How do we ensure that the hospitals don't fool around with this and inspectors dont come in the middle.

Will the Govt approve every case or will all hospitals have a Govt billing account so all such cases will be charged to Delhi sarkar. more

A commendable action indeedFrom: Mala Sehgal Sent: Wed, 13 Dec 2017 12:40:21To: krsna099@rediffmail.comSubject: "Good move by Delhi Govt" more
Good move by Delhi Government and now we can think him to vote in 2019. more
The move is good. It appears a bit utopian in this stage. The concept is good and if implemented well, it is going to be very useful to the citizens of Delhi. However, I feel there could be some moves by the private hospitals to harass - for example, they could raise inflated bills or create some procedural glitches while admitting the patients or simply and outrightly refuse to do their bit, etc. After all the private hospitals are in the market to make profit and not to do charity. A lot would also depend upon how quickly Delhi Govt. clears their bills for such services extended by them. Thanks you. more
I appreciate the move of Delhi government and hope that it will be appropriately and honestly used by the Hospitals, Officials and People. more
It should not be free of costs or paid by the government . It must be paid by the general insurance companys. General insurance policy for every motor vehicle is compulsory for third party. District Magistrate court must ask information about the number of road accidents in their region from police department and take proper action based on the laws related to motor vehicle act including general insurance policy for motor vehicle. My English language is not good . Please try to understand my intention. Thanks. more
