Goibibo the looters
To add insult to the injury, i have more than 3000 rs gocash with goibibo,majority of which i cud hv used while booking but i was not able to as they changed the terms and conditions from the time when i have accumulated this cash. when i talked to customer care representative regarding the same, her response was very plain. we are sorry, but we cannot help you. we can change our terms and conditions any time we like. when i mentioned of business ethics and helping customers in need, her response was we wont change our terms and conditions to help any customer.
so basically they changed terms and conditions for personal benefit of thr own, but they are shameless enough to say it in customer's face, they wont change terms and conditions for customers.
I wonder how long would they survive in current era of competition. never expected brand like goibibo to stoop so low. shame on goibibo. more
1 while giving connection working days are not required.
2. Out of station request while on roaming has no wight age.
Finally I had to take fresh connection from BSNL to help my friend who is on move for some time. more
how the Vendors will utilice the opportunity of paucity of time at the stopping station to loot the passengers. more
