Goibibo the looters

I made a booking on behalf of one of my friend at some hotel(oyo rooms) in Gurgaon for 3 days (12-12 check in check out) from 17th-20th May'2015. when he reached hotel on 10 AM on 18th may hotel ppl did not him in as they did not have any intimation from oyo rooms or goibio. my friend and I rigorously followed up with goibibo and oyo to enquire abt status of booking. All this happened when my friend had the booking ID sms and printout with him. when contacted oyo and goibibo both said they will resolve the issue in 5 minutes. However, they only let him in after 12 PM. At the time of check out, when he asked for refund for the date of 17th may, hotel ppl simply refused and told him to contact goibibo for refund. so basically, he was charged for 3 days, troubled for 2 hours, only allowed to check in on 2nd day, all this happened when he had valid booking ID. Such a pathetic experience with go ibibo.
To add insult to the injury, i have more than 3000 rs gocash with goibibo,majority of which i cud hv used while booking but i was not able to as they changed the terms and conditions from the time when i have accumulated this cash. when i talked to customer care representative regarding the same, her response was very plain. we are sorry, but we cannot help you. we can change our terms and conditions any time we like. when i mentioned of business ethics and helping customers in need, her response was we wont change our terms and conditions to help any customer.
so basically they changed terms and conditions for personal benefit of thr own, but they are shameless enough to say it in customer's face, they wont change terms and conditions for customers.
I wonder how long would they survive in current era of competition. never expected brand like goibibo to stoop so low. shame on goibibo. more

As in some other such grievance, unless we get together and escalate these problems in a big way through friends email campaigns etc. such problems will not be solved. more  
My friend visited my place in AP from Gujarat. His vodafone (prepaid)was not working though money balance is available. Contacted local ministore. They said every thing is correct, it should work. sent a mail , tried IVRS, did live chat but no use . I have got a auto mail stating that their representative will attend in two working days. Till date that two working days are not over.
1 while giving connection working days are not required.
2. Out of station request while on roaming has no wight age.

Finally I had to take fresh connection from BSNL to help my friend who is on move for some time. more  
Even in 3 tier Ac compartment in Super fast Trains like Rock Fort Express, Mysore Myladuthurai Express the toilets are not clean and it is very difficult to operate the Water outlet valves. They are very hard and elders are finding difficult to press to release water. A much easier way to be ensured. The vendors at Villupuram Junctions are charging the Mineral water for higher price. A surprise check to be conducted by authorised Rly official to curb this menace at all important junctions platforms. Now Railways are going to scrap pantry car and imagine
how the Vendors will utilice the opportunity of paucity of time at the stopping station to loot the passengers. more  
I wish to write about the telecom companies and their services. Their reply/ enquiry mechanism is not direct and mostly IVRS system is low voiced, not audible and do not furnish information on what we desire. The emails are acknowledged but not replied. Our hard earned money is syphoned without our knowledge. Their net works, charging for 2G and 3G services are widely used for fleecing the customers and not service oriented. Will some authorities make them to directly answer /reply the letters/ e mails/ clear about tariff rates. My experience with AIRCEL, AIRTEL are very much disgusting. more
