The Path of Good Governance is routed : 1). Ex President Sri Pranabh Mukhergi on August 15 th 2013 expressed deep concern on Political Leaders and Education & Cautioned Quoting Gandhiji's 3 Messages to Leaders.
2) Prime Minister Mody Called for Reorientation of QUIT INDIA MOVEMENT on it's 75th Anniversary in 2017 for Quitting Poverty , Economic inequality ; the Basic Cause of Independence Struggle.
3) 2017 A CJI TEERED HIS EYES.
4) 2018 A CJI PREFERRED JOINT MEETS OF EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIARY.
5) 2018 A CJI SERIOUSLY COMMENTED ON CONVICTS IN PARTIES AND RULE IN THE COUNTRY.
6) 2019 Supreme Court Accepting Executive's Request Ordered 12 Special Courts to Speed up Cases pertaining to Political Leaders advising District Magistrates to Start Special Courts.
7) Now in 2020 H'ble Supreme Court directed for the Special in all Districts Specifically Advised Chief Justices of High Courts to take Personal Attention for Concluding the Cases of Politial Leaders within ONE YEAR .
8) Now it is the duty of Governments to equip Courts, Judiciary with Sufficient Judges , Staff and Funds Providing Adequate Number of Courts.
9) Both Indian Executive and Judiciary now to Reform and Regulate the Process and Methods of Running Courts and Ensure Speedy Trial Direction of 1979 Upholding the Quote 'Justice delayed is Justice Denied ' keeping in view AIR 1983 SC 624 read with Article 36, 12, 37 and Preamble Guarantee ; as well as SC Judgement (1994) 1 SCC 243 : AIR 1987 SC 1087 , (1985) 3 SCC 545 . more

The path of not only Good Governance(GG) but also the path of Minimum Government(MnG) and the path of Maximum Governance(MxG) have been made live by the Hon'ble PM of India , His Excellency Narendra Damodardas Modijee as per the BJP's 5-Year-Election-Manifesto in administering India under the BJP's Rule and collective NDA Regime. Credit goes to Modijee despite the fact that Democratic Philosophy is such that the Ruling Party is like a 'Working Government' while Opposing Parties are like an 'Lights-Camera-Action-Government'.
