Glass pieces in dominos pizza

Today someone in Delhi received their dominos pizza with glass pieces as topping (almost mistakenness as onion) and ate.

Imagine our children eating this and not even knowing.

Say NO to dominos from here on more

it is well documented and a lot of videos have been made by ex- employees of Dominos , where these chefs have agreed that the managment of Dominos and maybe many other Pizza restaurants are using artifically developed cheese, oil, flavours and many other ingredients which are harmful for human consumption , but these restaurants are florishing more  
The Food Inspectors / FSSAI officials hardly inspect the stores. The consumer has to be careful, while purchasing from food aggregators. The modern cultured people are more inclined for fast food and can not avoid them. more  
Many food joints/aggregators get the eatables from their sub suppliers which leads to such problems. All those who raise the bill for such eatables must be fined heavily as it happens in EU/US so that safety of consumers is ensured and no mistake is repeated. more  
In the present state of affairs, expecting action as per last two lines of the post is like a dream. more
