I have met SDM Mehrauli Court on 12.4.18 & She Heard me because I had carried proofs with me & along with my application dated 25.9.2017, I had attached a Police complaint dated 21.9.17. I am not well versed with law and I did as directed by area police. This place is friendly..there were lots of people waiting to get marriage registered, caste certificate verified etc etc. Do Not go by hearsay that Lots of bribes are demanded from people. On the other hand I did come across few nasty people luring the staff with money. Staff is very helpful. Why did I go 6 months after submitting the application ? I was waiting for the order to be delivered at my home !!! more

MP Manoj Tiwari did visit Amar Colony to soothe the temper of 'shopkeepers' who had using ground floor as shops for past 30 years Amar Colony Lajpat Nagar was doled out to refugees from Pakistan after partition of the country Gen next met the leader He reassured about matter being in Supreme Court and people should honor the highest court in the country If courts are the solution for rampant illegal structures during last 30 years then let it be We should approach the courts with proofs Don't feel scared One can represent self in the court minus a lawyer. Use your rights as citizens of the country more

I have started a petition on local circle forum to raise awareness about illegal structures in Delhi and to reach out to authorities through the forum It's not a Crime to work hard and own a home at age 30 years instead of wasting precious Life waiting for the Inheritance, making lives of seniors miserable So far only One Gutsy woman has signed on the dotted line without a doubt I request others to do the same Even though they may not be personally affected by illegal structures in and around their buildings My ownership papers of flat were kept in 'safe' custody of a devious lawyer in 2014 It was only through support of local circle forum that I could gather courage to go to the court as a citizen of country and get back my papers through intervention of SDM Mehrauli Keep the faith Keep motivating others It may make a difference if we raise our voices collectively without making a Noise Petition is here only in the petition segment of local circle forum more
