Garden before my block is missing after flat delivery.

On 2015 I booked a flat from a well known developer in kolkata.. When I bought this flat on 2015 , first I was looking for a flat facing

the swimming pool , found none available . But then the representative advertised the garden facing flat . They did show me

the layout/design on the booklet. I bought that flat .Just before doing the registration , I did visit the property but couldn't find that

landscape garden from my balcony . When commuincated with the GM of Sales and Marketing I got the below reply ,

"
I am really sorry to inform you that as per final plan we have replaced the Garden . We have made some changes
due to architect point of view. So we have no option to create a garden . Please find a clause at page No. 10 in your attached agreement copy.( Regarding alternation or modification)
"

That garden was one of the main reason , I bought that flat . Now I feel like cheated .Is there anything I can do legally. more

What about other flat owners who booked their flats with the hope of getting a garden in front like you? Was the layout shown to you prior to booking duly approved by the competent authority and what are the contents of the clause on page-10 of the agreement? Whatever it may be, chances of getting a solution to the issue up to your satisfaction appear to be minimal. more
Most of the builder do so, they show you moon. But never delivered. They will mention about the Fitting of Standard brand or Equal to that. But in reality it is substandard material used. Manufacturer directly contact builder to promote their product, such brand is not available in store. more
Yes you can go to the consumer court and hopefully should get a solution in 6 months. more
Go to consumer Court more
Now the situation is " Got the flat completed and handed over. Thank God." more
