Gadgets 360 is irresponsible and cheater

Guys I purchased apple iphone 6 from gadgets 360 on 2nd September 2019 they cheated me my 10k rupees went waste mobile does not run for10 days I know how I ordered guys please help me to get my phone. Gadgets 360 company is cheater. Took my phone too and did not provide any service while the bill provided a seller warranty of 6 month. You are heartly requested to help people to close this company. This not possible without help you guys please 🙏 spread this msg as far as possible please guys please more

iphone at Rs.10,000/- ! The offer itself was enough to doubt the credential & motives of the eCommerce company. Since you have already become a scapegoat of the cheaters, you are likely to require to pay a price for that. However, following the suggestions given by other members may be helpful in getting your hard earned money back. more  
I agree with GirishKumar. Please file an FIR. By the way, where are you located? more  
Dear Srashti: You can take up your complaint to consumers forum. However, I find that you have not given us some more details about your transaction with Gadget 360... You could have given
details like a) when did you complete the transaction.? b) how did you pay.? 3) was there some paper work involved.? 4) How did it happen that you have in your possession, neither the i6 phone nor your money of 10k.?. 5) Do you have some ack from Gadget 360 for having recd back the i6 phone ( obviously, for some repairs).? 6) Hope you do have some record of the 'deal' that has taken place between you and Gadget 360..!!.. ( since, Court may need to see documentation, in detail..!!.. ALL THE BEST...!!... more  
There are many ecommer companies, which have no reputation. Please avoid, purchasing from those sites. more  
Dear mam, If the device is not with u , means u have returned and still not got any reply from company,u should approach to your area police chowky and file a FIR for fraud done by the company.Police will help u by tracking about the said device. more
