FSSAI certification for Railway Food

Railways has a serious problem both of substandard food but also storing it in bad conditions, (in shatabdi and rajdhani near bathrooms so it has feacal matter).

All railway caterers, pantrys, kitchens must be fssai certified. also, there should be lab test conducted for what is being served to people actually (after its stored near toilets for an hour)

the localcircles have circles for both fssai and railways, please conduct polls here and i am sure everyone wants this.

if someone knows what is current certification status please share. more

It may require some more years to bring the whole Indian system within the specified norms, subject to the fact that government goes on strictly implement the same. more
Certification only will not solve problems. People mind set towards hygienic food should change. more
Good idea. this certification will surely improve the food condition in trains. Presentation of menu card with price also be made compulsory in trains while taking order for food. more
