Fruits and Veggies in UP

Presence of chromium and lead found in fruits and veggies near industrial areas. Waste water is being used widely to grow veggies and this waste water because of industrial pollutants (not treated) has elements like Chromium (Cr), Lead (Pb), Nickel (Ni), and Cadmium (Cd) etc all hazardous.

The Govt is incapable of resolving this. Entrepreneurs must rise to the occasion. Many will pay premium for safe fruits and veggies.

Government must established water treatment plants in all the cities and all waste water pipeline must be centralized and connected to that treatment plant, and treated water must be re-cycled. If any industry company or individual found violating such law must be strictly punished more

Poor and Middle Class will not be able to pay premium. Why charge premium for something that is a fundamental right? Why not make vegetables grown in clean water available cheaper than vegetables grown in polluted water? more

Yes sure. No one will have any hesitation in paying a premium for safe fruits and veges more

Water is polluted. Fruits and vegetables are contaminated with heavy and positions metals. Where is Government? Wakeup otherwise will never wake up... more
