Fruit Juices for diabetics

Which ones can be taken safely an which ones must be avoided. Please share more

Thank you Chandra Ji and Richi. I will stick with your recommendation to avoid juices completely. I wasn't thinking canned/packed juices, only fresh. Every morning we were making watermelon/orange/sweet lime or pomegranate juice with breakfast. Wht you are suggesting is that instead whole fruit should be had and I think that is because of additional fiber intake that gets lost in juice. more
Mr.Chopra,if u still wants to have goodness & nutrition of fruits i can suggest u a product which gives u full nutritional benefits pls provide ur contact no more
no packed juices recommended...instead eat whole fruit more
Mr. Narayan Chopra, I do not recommend your taking any Packet sealed Fruit Jucies. It has lot of Sugar content. Take Fresh Orange Juice or better still take Oranges, and other fruits low in glycemic index. more
