From past 6 months Independent tv dth services not working

I am subscriber of independent dth tv (previously Reliance bigtv) from more than 5 years, in February 2018 I've recharged my dth connection with 2 years recharge of 2500 but from last six months its not working due to some hardware issues or any other issue so I've lodged many complaints but till the date neither they are providing service request number nor any resolution on this
Last Complaint given on 11th November
Already They have been taken too much time for this but whenever I contacted them they had only one answer that our systems are not working so call call after 2 to 3 hours & their systems are down every time whenever i am calling to them
Also tried to contact them through all the medium of communication with them but never get a single reply on my complaint
I request to trai & dot to take immediate action against this types of fraud dth service providers more

This is the problem from most of the service proviader then why not we make a Forum and complaint to Ministry through Local Circle . Please help to make so and call number of affected consumer more  
Due to various reasons and for internal problem, including "not able to sustain the market competition" many establishments are getting affected and not able to function. more  
No Government or any Court can help you in this as there is always some Fine Print in the Terms that give a quick Escape Clause to any Service Provider in India !!

We had become members of one of the Top Gyms in the World called Snap Fitness by paying the Annual Fees of Rs. 15,000/- for 4 people .. They were running very well for a few years .. And then suddenly they close their Shutters saying that they have a Problem with the Landlord and that they would relocate & inform us .. Now they are lost .. No News !!

And when we approach the Parent Company, they claim that our Branch was a Franchise who has run away with all the Money !!

When a Renowned American Chain can do this in India, what to say about Anil Ambani's Big TV !!!! more  
Me too facing same problem ,they neither register complain nor their email address is being replied. Every time their customer care give misguiding information like refresh is being given problem will be resolved within 2 to 3 hours or some thing like that. more  
Dear Mr Furia: I had also taken Big Tv connection on the day it was launched in Chennai but effective Feb 2018, I had disconnected from the same. The reason I believed Big Tv was - it was from Ambani family but, Anil Ambani turned out to be a BIG FRAUD. I did not lose any money because I was careful about my recharges. I had " smelt trouble " thru my friends circle at "Makers Chambers " ( Reliance corporate HQ in Mumbai ) and had started monthly renewals from about December 2017. Hence, when they did not respond to my queries in Jan 2018, I decided to quit and joined Videocon d2h. Even now, I do only monthly recharge only because the benefit of six month renewals or annual renewals is not much ( and you are stuck with them..!!..) besides the fear of people like Anil Ambani, who run away with your money. I do not know your location but, if you are located in a Metro city, I would advise you to wait for Reliance Jio launch. It is expected to be launched in a big way in 2019 with a combined package for Broadband connection and Satellite Tv ( local and STD calls over phone would also be free). ALL THE BEST. more
