Free drinking water, air etc etc at Petrol Outlets

It is noticed that many petrol outlets are not providing the mandatory free services to the public at petrol outlets.
The dealers who are supposed to provide this are shirking in their responsibilities in not doing so.
The concerned agencies who are to implement these also are silent on the above. Requesting the concerned department in State and ministry at Center to start strict enforcement of the same at once. While the customer is burdened with ever increasing fuel prices atleast these should be borne by the oil companies which is mandatory. more

For all the evils in the country politicians have to be blamed and for choosing a corrupt govt people have to be blamed. Now though a corrupt free govt has come in Centre, BJP lack guts, particularly,HM more
Facilities at petrol pumps should be updatedand if facilities are not uptodate the pump owner should be penalised. more
Even if mandatory,no drinking water is available, for air also,we are supposed to "tip" and for toilets, the less said the better... Where provided, they are in a pitiable state.....the oil companies care the least...they must impose fines if the franchises. (the pump owners) do not provide first class facilities...they spend so much on the rest of the pump station.....this is one place where discipline can be enforced in our " swachh Bharat ".Does our Oil Minister know of the conditions? Another glaring example of the "will to do " missing....even in areas where it can be enforced easily..... more
