Fraud

I have purchased a product from site (dutyfree shopee) they ensured me that the product will be 100% original and under warranty but when the product received the product was duplicate now i am trying to contact them and they are not picking up my calls and not replying me. What should i do now ?? more

As I have said earlier the person/dignitaries who are supporting advertisement must also be accountable/punished.As many a times people are lured because of these dignitaries. more

Many such companies are cheating. One such company is first'cry. They sold online defective product that too meant for three months baby. But very curtly refused to replace or refund. For the information of all the CEO of the company is an IITan MR Maheswari. I would request the authorities to dissuade such company which sell online such product which is defective and the company refuses to take return or refund. Another is Nubi product. Further the customer Care people donot allow to speak to any senior manager rather they act as if they are the CEOs of the company and nothing beyond what they say is final. Another online fraud - these are bound to increase in coming time as the frequency of online purchases goes up as we cannot verify their claim but have to rely on what they portray. more
