Fraud delivery of wrong product by FLIPKART and negligent reply for replacement/refund by Flipkart

I had ordered apple watch series 5(GPS+cellular) on June 19th and did the payment of ₹65965/- through debit card and on june 26th I received the delivery of the order.But the issue here is the one which i ordered and the one which i got delivered is completely different product ,i had ordered apple Watch and i got a jbl speaker instead of the ordered product.We have captured video while opening package for the proof .But till now i have waited only because of the trust i have on flipkart but still now they have not given any justice.They are giving unnecessary non sense reasons and delaying.And they’re stating that the seller is not able to fulfill the request for replacement.And now I’m fed up by the poor and negligent response from flipkart and have lodged a complain in National consumer helpline(NCH).Flipkart is allowing all fraud sellers to do business through their platform.What if the seller being fraud and not accepting to refund/Replacement we had trusted Flipkart and had placed the order,so it’s Flipkart’s mistake now and they should provide justice to me.But no one is responding cleanly.They had asked to me send the adhaar proof and i had sent to them.But again the same email stating that seller is not able to fulfill your replacement.Then what’s your job.If you can’t give justice to your customers then what is the need of showing 100%buyer protection in your website/App.And then they blocked my Flipkart account.This is total cheap and fraud behaviour by Flipkart towards their customers.Flipkart is totally inefficient.And they’re being fraud to their customers. more

What is the value of the Speaker recd by you? more  
It is advisable to have a look, check, try the item be fore packing. These one line attractive and alluring advertisement simply cheat/ dupe customers. more  
We are copy cat of Western Culture.While we forget our laws are very very lax and totally in efficient.It is better to go to the shop and buy such a costly item.This will avoid this type of incidents,which are happening very often. more  
FLIPKART, being a reputed ecommerce company, you may please take up the matter with the supplier "FLIPKART", as the items might have been wrongly sent. more  
Failed to understand when people will learn! one should gets out time to purchase such expensive product after careful inspection and assessing it's quality. If someone wishes to through money like this, there is no issue. It has been advised repeatedly to be judicious while purchasing such expensive product from Online E Commerce. That will perhaps give a relief from such stress. more
