Fragrance maker importers sellers profiteering
Govt has reduced gst on fragrances from 28% to 18% in july 2018. Attached is a screen shot from before and after and mrp of 3300 was maintained. It should have been reduced to sub 3000. Sellers are perfumes hub, cloudtail india but more than that the importer of this product is who is responsible for marking MRPs. more

What is the use of mentioning MRP when you are getting a product for Rs.1,449/- against MRP of Rs.3,300/-? more

There is a lot of cheating. After the GST was reduced, people have increased the base price and so we end up by paying more for the same product. A recent example is Parijatham agarbathi from Goloka (Bangalore based company). While it was Rs 300 for a packet in April, it is selling at Rs 380 now. This is an increase of 28%. If this is not looting, I do not know what else is. No justification for such a huge price increase. more

if you see in the local circles on the left hand side you have GST issues and it would be appropriate to post it there.You are also welcome to post it here also but first preference should be there more
