Form 10C
I have applied to get my Form 10C in 2003 & trying ti get it regularly but didn't get till date, Regional office Chennai has written a letter to Regional office Delhi, for previous account details. Balance. But Delhi office is not responding.

When you want a clarification, try explain in full, "I want my Form-C" how you expect that everybody should know what is form 10C. Any how, you may write a letter addressed to RPFC, Delhi by name and you will get the details wighin a fortnight. While writing a letter to RPFC, Delhi give the letter reference No; siad to have been written by RPFC, Chennai. more

It's corruption. It's deliberate. I am going through the same. Need to complaint to seniors and I think CVC. more

Dear Narendra kumar, Your pf/epf work has to be completed in 30 days. Plz catch hold of pf comissioner and insist for a reply they will certainly help you else lodge a complaint. It will be answered fast. Sanhay Vadagbalkar more

From EPFO websites, obtain contact phone nos. & email IDs of senior officers at relevant Chennai & Delhi offices. Call up the senior official (at least APFC rank & above) and follow it up with emails. They will also connect you to senior officers in Accounts or other sections for follow up & redressal. It may take a few months but my experience is the work gets done. more
