For your "cure all" method

Here is an article I read today in the net that says,

"15 Incredible Benefits of Jeera Water for Your Skin, Hair and Health";

Point 5 reads that, "Treats Diabetes"

It looks a good and easy to prepare by anyone who can just boil water with Jeera!

Mr. Satya Pal Ratti, I am not surprised with your answer. It is extremely clear that you have not read a book by a western doctor who name is Glenn Rothfeld, M.D., or many other writings by western doctors/scientists! He is not at all surprised with such practices, but more than that, he recommends everything from all over the world, including Indian old way of taking medicines! And he beautifully brings out how allopathy is cheating all over the world, just for the benefit of western pharmaceutical GIANTS! You can get a book titled, "CURED" under Nutrition and healing. If you can locate it. more
Surprising, how people come up with so-called "magic solutions" for relatively serious medical conditions. Let's be fair. Our Indian cuisine makes use of all the condiments that exist and yet fall sick viz they get cancer, they get diabetes, they get ulcers, they get vertigo, they get high BP, they get obesity, they get arthritis, they get asthma and what not. And yet there comes up someone who concocts a so-called "magic detox water" which contains slices of lime, slices of cucumber, a bunch of mint leaves etc. Quickly, more such magicians sprout up and invent variations with choppings of cherries or strawberries or pineapple or what not..........to cure different types of diseases. Folks, let us not sell our own god-given common sense so cheaply...... more
Jeera water, Karingaali (in Kerala) water are all part of tradition, along with myriad other daily practices from ancient times. They helped dissolve various toxins (overloads) in the body and rejuvenate other aspects of body functioning. Now, these have been dropped (as unscientific mumbo-jumbo, read 'not Western practices or discoveries'). And, life-style and the environment has gotten terrible. The consequence is a double-whammy. Your body is getting totally overwhelmed, and you are not giving it any resuscitation. So health problems are simply exploding exponentially. more
I appreciate the matter pointed out again. There have been so many ways to address the issues of illness in life. We have become habitual of opting easy ways and readymade solutions. more
