I am 60 years old lady. Sometimes, I am feel pain in bones. I eat curd daily in lunch and eat home made veg food only. What changes should I do in my diet. more

Take vitamin D by exposing yourself to sun rays daily for 15 minutes and start taking calcium rich food. Calcium is not absorbed in absence of vitamin D and you may be lacking both of these. more

Starting regular exercise is a great idea. Do get a bone density test and see what guidance a competent physician can provide. I would also start taking Vitamin D3. Avoid being guided by unscientific claims. more  
As per my experience and thinking, this problem is arising due to RO water being used and we get lack of minerals. So take additional minerals, calcium etc. or switch over to normal filtered water or boiled water. Use FOX NUT to fulfill the deficiency.. more
