Food selling License to only Farmer

Dear Govt.
Please only allow the framers to sale as road side or as retailer vegetables and corns . Apart of them only the government licensee venders only can sale them as retailer . The licensee vender can only sale on Govt. fixed rate only. It all about demand and supply , if all of our families will stop consuming tamatos for one week the tomato price will fall down as these items can not be kept for long time.
We need a licensing system like BPL card holder for vegitable and corn selling chains.

Apart of that please with draw the SC,ST,OBC all these quotas and Introduce a new structure with the BPL card holder that their family members will get education free but for higher studies & jobs they have to equally compete.

Dear Mr. Ashok Dhingra, Good inputs. One who pleasing the higher authority is going top. The honest, sincere in his work will never put his head down for any rewards. He will look unto his work to deliver properly will his main aim. Coming to Mr. Sunil Kumar now a days BPL card holder, i have a question some people having BPL card are very rich due to the corruption system. How are we going to find the genuineness of the BPL card holder. Yes there are many deserved for this card but actually BPL card should reach exactly for the beneficiary... What is the Below poverty line? ... Where is the line set for these? Is that applicable for this current arena? All these are coming to my mind. Could anybody clear this for further discussion. more

Ashokji I feel the same ..............In Job & Higher education there must be a equal competition ..............Only reservation should be for Normal Studies and Class 4 jobs ( Worker or labour ) would be conditionally allowed. BPL card holder should get these facilities not the SC /ST/OBC / any other...............? more
