Customer care number is essential for taking complaints and action on it. Customer who complains about consumer should be protected by not releasing their name(because he needs to access the nearby shops regularly else he will be rejected). Identify the reason for a problem: Both good quality product and low quality product are of same cost. Quality is not maintained regularly. Initially at startup, they maintain the quality, and later it is not maintained. or Mixing the high quality and low quality in a ration of 75 to 25 or 60 to 40. so when claimed, they say it is not our product. Many product does not have their owner name and address. One single product produced in different areas, in different name, but the owner is single. their name should be available exactly in online. While taking action on such expired or no-quality product, the products are seized from the consumer, but they do not take action on the owner where they where produced, Is it a non traceable product where they where produced and packed and distributed? Always make a surprise visit for scrutinizing the vendors and producers. Provide protection and power to the inspection authorities to do their job rightfully. Make all the company product online., ie, any product and their details that i buy in retail should be available online. Until Bribe exists, we cannot change anything. Govt Staff should do their job for their salary, and not for bribe. more

We need stringent implementation of rules. More than anything else more
Solutions 1. All restaurants need to follow food safety norms for delivering cooked food or license should be cancelled. 2. Mire laboratory and more chemist needs to be build and appointed at every state to check food quality for even vegetables, packed food and cooked ones. 3. Railways, all flights and canteens of private as well as government offices need to follow safety norms or fined heftily. 4. Surprise visit by food inspector at local markets, shops, restaurant, hospital canteen, railway pantry, student hostel including the mid day meal cooking centre need to be made compulsory and for that adequate number of people needs to be appointed across all states for this purpose. 5. Lots of trainees with specific specialization in chemistry, nutrition can be taken straight from college for this. 6. The monitoring system should be centralized with regular report sending facility from all states. 7. It should be highly process driven and timeline based. Regards, Amrita Chowdhury more
