Flour for diabetics

My in laws will be with us for couple of months and both are diabetics. Want to know what is the best atta for diabetics available in market and are their things one can add to make it healthier (yet keep the taste) please suggest. We are trying to get them used to a healthier life style. Also any recommendations on salads that are tasty and easy to get used to for diabetics? more

In fact I use the Diabetic flour as such and dont mix anyother flour in it . It has really helped me . The flour for Diabetics is a mixture of seven grains except WHEAT . Try it . more

Hi . My mum is a diabetic too . She adds either gram flour or ragi to the normal wheat flour.. Sorry no idea on salads :) :) more
