Flipkart selling faulty products and denying refund requests
Flipkart sent mobile handset with battery overheating issue. Upon notifying them they have rejected the refund request and unnecessarily delaying any technician visit. The customer care keeps disconnecting the call citing some process limitation. This is fraud and cheating customers causing them mental trauma and potential physical harm. more

Problems with e-commerce platforms remain in India with no appropriate and quick redressal of grievances.
Only two weeks ago my Amazon order was unilaterally cancelled by the Amazon on the day of the delivery, without any prior intimation or post-facto intimation. Amazon writes it has refunded the money onlinr, which I am yet to receive. more
Is such experience a new one? There were several complains like you consumer circle and everytime consumers are suggested not to be on a spree of purchasing such expensive items online as no one takes care of such defective product. E-Commerce organisations never take any responsibilty of such product rather they are usually in habit of denial mode. It's always better & safe to purchase from authorised dealer or outlet as these establishments take of such issues faced by customers. Beside3s, one user can inspect it well for own satisfaction. more
Lodging the complaints including Criminal, Cyber cell & Consumer is good option to adopt as Regulatory Authorities directions are either ignored &/or not obliged. more
