Flipkart Cheated... Redmi team not helping... Jeeves technician team is giving fake reports....
I have buyed a phone worth rs 14500 from flipkart n they refuse to exchange it as per return policy... As my phone is showing automatic Wi-Fi disconnection issue n it disconnected randomly sometimes 2 times n 2 hrs or 4times in 10 mins n they are saying we will only exchange of Wi-Fi issue is seen by technician in his 5 min visit which according to me is impossible n phone without Wi-Fi is useless... I hv all the screen recordings n videos which shows problem. Anyone here can help me out with this as return window will close on 5th dec 2018.. more

Our government has awfully failed in protecting the consumers' interests by regulating the activities of the business houses and taking stern action against the violators. more
We must find out the way to ensure that regulator (Consumer affairs) improves their system to make it more transparent and accountable for the problems of the citizens..... How can we pressurize them for this..... more

within a week syska manager called me three times and apologized for the service which was done very late.
but before buying know about the product,the exchange policies/the warranty period/the product replacement/and know where service centre is. more
