Final withdrawal of PF claim over 2 years

My nephew's Final Claim papers in Form 10C and Form 19 were submitted to EPFO North along with Annexure K from employer first in July 2013. They rejected his claim in Oct. 2014 saying that the forms were old (in English only) and was asked to fill in new forms (bi-lingual i.e. in Hindi & English). New set of papers along with Annex. K and verification from Employer were submitted in Nov. 2014. For the last 6 months I have been continuously lodging under the grievance section of EPFO web-site every 10-15 days, and the reply I get every time says -
"EO /AEO DEPUTED. AFTER REPORT FROM EO/AEO CASE WILL BE PROCESSED".
Are they expecting a big bribe or what. It is already 2 years since all PF accumulations have been transferred to EPFO North by the employers.

Can anyone please tell me how to find who is this EO or AEO who is not doing his duty for the last 6 months ???????? more

PF is your hard earned money at government control. it should be given to you as per rule. When it is your money, you should be given that amount. They are exploiting you by delaying it. You are given mental torture and suffering ,for your own money at their end. You may file a court case also at appropriate time. more
Thanks to all of you for the helpful suggestions. more
Write a letter, go to the PF office and hand over the letter. In duplicate ask for an acknowledgement. They will give the acknowledgement with a file number and also they will provide a date for the next visit. Ask for the name of the concerned officer who handles the case and note it down. This should work. Dont accept any verbal comments. Second, seek an appointment with the commissioner. Every month there is a public hearing. Third, file an RTI. EPFO is corrupt only if you dont know the rules. more
It is the most corrupt department not only that, if you think that lodging grievance on PM's Portal is going to help forget it their response time is quite uncertain. I am also victim of the same and since, I had been stark honest during my service period I decided not to pay any bribe to any govt organization. My EPS-95 pension eligibility date was 30/10/2013 and my RO PF office is at Bhubaneswar I might have loged about a dozen grievances, and then lodged grievance on PM's portal on 14/08/2015 but till date there has not been any response from PM's office. I have written to transparency international, and on EPFO (this) circle number of the times and finally raised RTI now. Nothing seems to be working. I thought after the change of government with big promises of responsibility and accountability, good governance etc and PM himself looking pension deptt, things would be sorted out but I am (you too!) would be sad to note the gap between promises and reality. I visited the office also about 5-6 times. There seems to absolute freedom in office no discipline, no responsibility and accountability and most of the time I was told that concerned person is on leave. No body was found to be serious, responsible or accountable. They have created so many small small water tight compartments so that the person has to visit all the tables and distribute Prasaad before their job is done. Let us see. I am thinking to test the Lokayukta also before, I succumb to the prevailing environment and decide to entertain corrupt people for my survival in my own democratic country. more
Srinivasa ji....why always we have to be at receiving end?why PF commisioner is not taking note of unresolved cases and take step to resolve it? Where is the time to pursue all this when u are in job?Thats why withdrawal has been made easier now,but still we have to run pillar to post. That means.....the general public's plight is same...so how we can cheer the step taken by government. more
