"Backward class commission for Private Sector Quotas"
The National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) has demanded that the government introduce quotas for OBCs in private sector. The panel argued that the OBC share in public sector had remained around 10% after 20 years of Mandal report and jobs were shrinking in government bodies.
This demand of NCBC should be opposed by everyone. Introduction of Quotas in Private Sector would mean that Merit will not have any place in recruitment of employees. This would drive away foreign investors who might be interested in setting up Manufacturing Units in our country under "Make In India". The employment in any sector whether public or private should not be on the basis of caste and religion but on the basis of employability of a candidate depending on qualifications, experience and skills. more

Quota in all sectors in fact should be stopped -the quota system that is responsible of so may students suicide in IITS and PHD scholars-as they gets admitted with quota back up-but cannot compete and complete syllabus-which is same for all-Jobs should be based on capability only-not on quota. In one hand Modi is telling public about ease of doing business in India -at the same time trying to introduce quota in private sectors are not these two contradicyory-there should be strong opposition for this from CII and other industrialists. more
if we keep on encouraging quota system no one will show any interest in investing in India, we should have hire and fire system. good performer will get opportunities more
i am against quota business, and I will strongly apposing quata system in private sector more
The reservation should stop atleast in the promotions & for those who are in good positions. This will give chance for the others who are really backward to go ahead financially. more
