This is a great great win for all of us. Stray dogs need to be in shelter Nd cared for. Cant be on streets.

If stray dog lovers and feeders want to feed them, take them home and feed them. more

Zero sum game. Putting dogs in non-existent shelters?! No stray dog census done since 2009. Strays need to be neutered and vaccinated. We need to start a similar campaign for pigeons, as they are equally unhealthy and cause pneumonia and other respiratory issues. Many cities have exterminated pigeons from their area. They are not natives in our country and are highly invasive. They have removed our house sparrow by taking over their habitat more
