Eureka Forbes Home clean Demonstration

I was contacted many times on phone by Eureka Forbes Sales Executives to invite them for House cleaning demonstration using their well known instruments ie Vacuum Cleaners.

I was not interested to call them as they will force me to buy any of the Vacuum cleaners.

But to avoid calls from their sales executives for once & all, I agreed to see their demonstration at my place.

Around one month back couple of Eureka Forbes executives came in & they demonstrated couple of Vacuum cleaners( Euroclean Heath Pro & iClean models).

They belong to Goregaon(East), Mumbai area for the sales of above vacuum cleaners.
One of their names was Mr. Pandey.

After demonstration, they forced me to book an order for any of the Vacuum cleaners by paying at least Rs. 500/-.

When refused to pay Rs. 500/- asked them for some time to decide on whether to put order or not, they started convincing us more & more & seemed not ready to leave the place.
They also assured to return money if order is not to be processed further.
At last, I paid Rs. 500/- & they filled in their Job Sheet, taken my photo & then only they left the place.

This is really ridiculous way to book order from customers by Eureka Forbes (Shapoorji & Pallonji group).

When I called up one of the executives back to cancel my order & give me Rs. 500/- back, they started forcing to book order & denied immediate payment.

This is really tarnishing the image of Shapoorji & Pallonji group which had earned an unique place under Eureka Forbes brand.

I request the authority to return my Rs. 500/ back as early as possible & take action to stop this forcing sales by Eureka Forbes.

Inconvenience caused to you in this regard is regretted.

Thanks & regards,

This is atrocious by the sales team pressurizing customers to buy . If the sales personnel had mentioned that it is only a demonstration I would never have paid the Rs. 500 / . I wouldn't have hesitated to call my flat mates to bail me out and snub the rude sales personnel. more
This is the marketing strategy of Eureka Forbes. They go on pursuing you till you agree. The specification of the product changes very often and after few years they start telling to replace the old product for a new onw. more
