Eureka Forbes - Defective Products, Deficient Services

Eureka Forbes, a pioneer in the home appliances category in the nineties has now become a company which manufacturers defective products, has broken customer service processes and provides deficient repair/AMC service. It is a classic case for the CCPA and Dept of Consumer Affairs to take up under Class Action Suit under CP Act 2019.

The company makes inherently defective products, has technicians that break more than they fix and then when a complaint is filed with the call center, Eureka Forbes closes them automatically. And this is after they charge 7000-8000 for the AMC

Like to get feedback from other users of Eureka Forbes. more

Take the AMC and after that do the reverse engineering more
