Epfpension regarding.
My epfpension started on 2004 September at the age of 58.I retired on September 2006 from bhel. I am getting rs.1192 as epf Pention. As per the recent supreme court is there any chance for increase? I am not at all understood the new circular. Can any body clear me please. more

It's not clear EPFO was created to help the mployees or to harass the employees? They should adjust the dues and pay the remaining arrears. It's not logical to collect dues and later pay arrears except to harass the employees and increase paper work. more

Dear all, i am contributing my EPS since 1997. In the mean time i have changed companies and used to transfer the EPF and EPS but on transfer of EPF the amount accumulated in EPS is not shown in my current statement. Can some one guide me on this. Secondly on completion of 58 years whether EPS will start automatically or we need to give any declaration. Can some one guide please. more

There is no clarity on anything wrt pension. What Supreme Court says and what EPFO writes in its circular are not in sync. EPFO should clarify and publish FAQs on each aspect of Supreme Court order. more
